We operate a stateless, ephemeral AI photobooth. We process your photo to create a fun AI transformation, store it temporarily for download, and then automatically delete it after 30 days.

- Technical Data: IP addresses for rate limiting (hashed, not stored in plain text)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Processing: Your photo is sent to AI services to create the transformation
- Storage: Both original and transformed images are stored on Scaleway Object Storage (Paris, France)
- Rate Limiting: Hashed IP addresses prevent abuse (daily limits apply)
4. Data Storage & Retention
- Storage Provider: Scaleway Object Storage (EU - France)
- Retention Period: Strict 30-day automatic deletion
- Access: Images are publicly accessible via unique URLs during the 30-day period
- No Backups: When deleted, images are permanently removed
5. Third-Party Processors
Your photos are processed by the following AI services:

- Objection: Object to data processing

7. Security
